1. Services

Guru Fitness offers online/in-person training plans and coaching sessions as per the pricing tiers listed on this website.

2. Health & Client Responsibility

By enrolling, you confirm you are medically fit to train. If you have any injury, illness, cardiac condition, or are pregnant, consult a doctor first and inform your coach in writing. Guru Fitness is not a medical provider — participation is voluntary and at your own risk. You are responsible for providing accurate health information and following safety instructions; Guru Fitness is not liable for injury resulting from undisclosed conditions or ignored instructions.

3. Session Validity & Expiry

• 12-Session Package: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire at the end of that period and cannot be extended, carried forward, or refunded.
• All Packages Above 12 Sessions: Valid for 1 month + 1 week (35 days) from the date of purchase. Unused sessions expire after this period and cannot be extended, carried forward, or refunded.
• Monthly Membership: Valid for 30 days from the date of purchase.

Note: Validity is calculated from the date of purchase, not from when the first session is booked or attended.

Session Completion: All 12 sessions must be completed within 30 days from the date of purchase.

4. Cancellation & Refunds

Reschedule with at least 24 hours' notice. No refunds once a plan has commenced or its validity has lapsed, except where Guru Fitness fails to deliver the service. Approved refunds are processed within 7 working days.

5. Liability & Content

Guru Fitness's liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law, except in cases of gross negligence. All training materials provided are for personal use only and may not be copied, shared, or resold.

6. General

These terms may be updated periodically; continued use of the service means acceptance of the revised terms. Governed by the laws of India, subject to the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
